Deut 32:9-13

What defines an eagle is its ability to fly / soar.  The wings of an eagle is wide and powerful; these wings were developed through constant use. Through exercise it learns to soar. As wings are to an eagle, so faith is to a child of God. As wings define eagles, so also faith defines a believer.

Rom 1:16 Through our experiences in life, God teaches us how to exercise our faith. To live by faith means to live by the word of God and not by what you see. Pay attention to the word of God and not your circumstance.

Wings gives an eagle flight, likewise faith gives a believer motion. Stagnancy is a result of unbelief. Every man’s mountain is a function of his belief system. The size of the vision of your God is dependent on the size of your revelation of Him.

Num 13:33; 1 Joh 5:4 The word of God is not limited by season, rather it defines the season.

Although the eagle can walk, it is limited because it is not built to function on land but in the air. Likewise believers are not built to operate in the natural but in the supernatural realm. As eagles are clumsy, walking short paces so also believers are limited in the natural. It is God in you that defines you.

There is a law in God that supersedes the natural laws, this is life in Christ Jesus. Eagles operate in the law of lifting which defies the law of gravity. So also, faith defies the natural.

Rom 4:20-21 Exercise your faith.

Heb 11:1 What God has said is the evidence that you will see what He has said to you. When your eye is on faith, ensure to take your eyes off your situation. You receive solution by exercising the faith that you already have. Until you exercise your faith (wings), you will not grow (soar)!

Mastering your faith: Heb 10:35-39

  • Heb 10:35 - Believe that you are doing the right thing, eventually your seed will become a mighty forest.
  • Heb 10:36 – Be patient! Consistency is the proof of faith.
  • Heb 10:37 – Eventually, you will manifest the harvest.
  • Heb 10:38 – Don’t give up / drawback / never stop believing.
  • Heb 10:39 – You drawback because you lack faith to go forward. Perdition is a place where the presence of God is absent.

Faith is more enduring than explosive. The gift of faith is the “explosive” manifestation. God builds faith through endurance and consistency. If you lack motion, check your faith.

You must move forward – walk by faith, always!
