DEALING WITH THE SPIRIT OF TERRITORIAL BARRENNESS
Burdens are psychological or spiritual weights that you cannot carry on your own. Yokes are situations that subject you to servitude and takes away you liberty in God e.g. sickness, circumstances, sin and even witchcraft. Yokes can take away ones voice. Part of the proof of the anointing with God’s people is that burdens are removed and yokes are destroyed.
Jericho signifies Palm trees. Relocation is tied to expectation. That a land looks pleasant doesn’t mean that it is fruitful. Fruitfulness is not a function of that location but God’s revelation to you, regardless of where you. It is the word of God that makes a land fruitful. Gen 26:1-4, 12
Seek God’s word concerning every matter!
Barrenness in territories submit to the anointing in the word of God. 1 Pet 1:23; 2 Pet 1:4
Every form of barrenness is a manifestation of corruption. Once you accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, God’s word affirms that we have been born again by the incorruptible seed of God 1 Pet 1:23; Mark 2:22.
In dealing with territorial barrenness, you need a new mind set 2 Kings 2:20. Before God will pour out new wine into your vessel, He needs to renew that vessel (replace with a new wine skin).
SALT is a purifying and healing power in God’s word Col 4:5; Eze 47:8; James 4:3.
WATERS of your life signifies your motives, thinking pattern and perspective. Jer 1:11-12
There is always new wine available, you simply need to renew your wineskin (mindset, motives, perspective).
NEVER address an issue on the level it is presenting itself, deal with the root-cause Eph 6:12.
NEVER engage in spiritual warfare on others terms but on your own terms.
Motives in the Kingdom of God is rooted in love, pleasing God. Whereas the motive in world is selfishness and self-glorification.
Beware of the world’s survival tactics. Thrive in knowing that God has gone ahead of you, remember God maintains your lot. Lam 3:24; Psa 16:5
Don’t concentrate on the outcome BUT on your righteousness (let your actions align with God), be at peace with God and have joy regardless of your situation.
Focus on what God is doing with you 1 John 5:4.
