2 Sam 21:15-22; 1 John 4:18

Walking in love means living a selfless life, living to bless your neighbour.

Acts 10:38 Seek salvation in others i.e. seeing deliverance from the curse of the law. We ought to desire that others are delivered from the consequence of the curse of the law.

Gen 12:2-3; 1 Kings 4:25; Acts 4:13 Jesus’ anointing was about others and not Him. Greatness is measured by the lives that you touch. No tree eats of its own fruit but bears fruits for others to enjoy.

Rom 11: 12, 15 It is a lack of understanding to think that another person demise is your gain. It is in unity that you find fulfilment. You cannot access the fullness of God for your live as an individual. We all are built to be dependent on one another; first on God, and then on others.

Jon 2:8; Jos 1:8 Observe the word of God and not things without. When you observe to walk in the word rather than in the world, then will your ways be prosperous.

Understand this; that your calling is not affected by the lifting of another neither does your neighbour’s fullness empty yours. In the Kingdom of God, there is no competition, occupy till I come says the Lord. The key to relevance is not competition but faithfulness. God did not create more than five billion people on earth to compete with each other. God is into excellence not competition.

As we walk in life let your watch word be that; “the key to my prosperity is that you prosper likewise”.

1 John 4:8-10 The system of God’s kingdom is love. We bless not compete. We function maximally through love. You save others with your strength and knowledge, then mercy will be released and a book of remembrance will be opened.

Rom 8:2; Isa 58:3

Truth is accessed by revelation, fact is reality. Revelation will always exceed reality. Obedience to God’s word will also sustain you.

Fear hinders a believer from showing love or being a blessing. Fear leads to selfishness and self-preservation.

2 Tim 1:7 Fear stifles power and rub you from showing love.

  • We fear what we are helpless
  • We fear what we are inadequate
  • We fear the unknown.

2 Cor 3:5; 12:9; Exo 33:14 All these are non-effect to a believer, as your helplessness and inadequacies should draw you closer to God.

Jesus’ greatest fear was separation from God the Father. However, He went through the period of separation to reconcile us back to the Father and also to guarantee as many as believe in Him that He will never leave nor forsake us.

Therefore, there is nothing to fear. Faith is believe in the love of God, and God’s love is perfect.

Ps 84:10 David feared God, despite his sin. God’s mercy are new every morning, His perfect love casts out all fear.

2 Sam 21:15-22 David invested in these great men such that the battles he could not fight, they were equipped to conquer on his behalf.

Invest in lives around you, seek to be a blessing.
