There's more; reset your focus!

Col 3:1-4

1-2 So if you’re serious about living this new resurrection life with Christ, act like it. Pursue the things over which Christ presides. Don’t shuffle along, eyes to the ground, absorbed with the things right in front of you. Look up, and be alert to what is going on around Christ—that’s where the action is. See things from his perspective.

3-4 Your old life is dead. Your new life, which is your real life—even though invisible to spectators—is with Christ in God. He is your life. When Christ (your real life, remember) shows up again on this earth, you’ll show up, too—the real you, the glorious you. Meanwhile, be content with obscurity, like Christ.

What do you intend to leave as an impact in this world?

There’s more to our lives than what we are, let us focus on things above. Seek more of God. It is not enough to get by, seek more. It takes a conscious awakening to be better that what we are. To fully utilise everything He has equipped us with, without settling for mediocrity.

Queen Esther was aware and conscious of the greater calling of God upon her life. She lived a life of influence in a way that was relevant before God and in her generation.

Action: Receive God’s grace to rise up to the calling that He has placed upon your life.
